Mirebalais Avant Tout Inc. is a broad-based, nonprofit organization created to provide logistic and infrastructure, Capacity Building assistance to Mirebalais through Empowerment, Workforce Development, Technology, Healthcare and Education and other benevolent activities as may be carried out by a corporation organized under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended.
