Builds Trust with Stakeholders

Transparency in decision-making and financial reporting fosters trust among donors, beneficiaries, and the public. As such, when our community sees that resources are being managed responsibly, and are invested in programs such as MAT-VOAG, MATASSUR, MAT-MAB or MAT-NURSERY, MAT-RATHON, etc…, they will continue to support the organization through donations and partnerships.

Enhances Accountability

Good governance establishes clear roles, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms. This minimizes the risk of mismanagement or unethical practices and ensures that leaders and staff are held accountable for their actions.

Strengthens Reputation and Credibility

MAT would continue to promote and enhance the reputation of every Mirebalaisiens (ennes) and make sure the organization is more attractive to funders, volunteers, and community partners.

MAT intends to regularly publish financial reports, meeting minutes, and project updates to the community we serve.
